♥ Human Dot Photos

(Sorry, my computer won't let me make these pictures black and white. Lame..)

Well, for this photo, my dot composition was a sort of reflection that was curved in a rainbow-like shape, so I tried to translate that into the photo with a mirror. Unfortunately, the only place where I could access a giant mirror was the gym, so ignore the exercise equiptment. The dot composition I based it on had the adjective "elastic," so I attempted to make myself somewhat elastic (turns out I'm not as flexible as I was in my childhood days), but that's okay, I had someone that could pull me back up after the snapshot. Good thing, or I would have been as stuck as gum under a Jr. High school desk!

The dot composition this photo is based on was made totally at random, so there was no adjective of influence. While I was with my group doing this project, we went back to one of the member's apartment to think of ideas. When we walked in, we all saw these round cloth tablets hanging on the wall, and we all had the same idea: use them as the dots in the photos. So, I made Brenda hold a few, and put others in the background, and alas, a human dot photo was born!

I AM GRUMPY.

♥ Alaina Hennigan

I'm 19 years old, and I attend college at Sam Houston State University for Graphic Design. Though my major is art, I have passions for other things, such as music performance and theatre. My main two instruments are clarinet and piano. I also love learning and interacting with other cultures. I actually plan to teach ESL as a missionary in foreign countries, but I'd also like to make a living with my art in the process.
